A little goes a long way.

  • My name is Faith. I was abandoned at infancy and was rescued, placed at Ogembo-Mananasi Children's Home. I am doing well and learning in a government school. I am in the process of transitioning from lower primary school primary school to junior high school. I daily pray to fulfill my destiny, inspire others with Jesus ,and give back to the community.
  • Your support is valuable as it helps me and other abandoned infants and children to get a second change in life.

BABIES HOUSE.

  • Few can imagine having no one to call family, yet this is a reality in Kenya and many other parts of the world as innocent children are discarded out in the cold, and abandoned by persons who should hold their and love them -a mother, a father, a guardian! Most of these mothers have already been left by their respective spouses.
  • As such, the baby is no longer someone to be cherished, and holds a series of heartbreaking memories and lost hope lays in one.
  • Kenya being a third world country, house holds host problems such as povery, domestic violence, drug abuse and cultural heritage in beliefs, some hose holds find it hectice to host an extra mouth to feed, this end up in quite unfavourable results like child abuse or even regection, we therefore step in with wide arms in support to resure this young one.
  • God is merciful and some of these babies do not die! Through the help of well-wishers such babies finally gets into our loving hands for care and protection.Among these are 8 children living with special needs conditions.

Faith's story

My name is Faith Kerubo, a 22-year-old young woman whose life journey has been shaped by resilience, hope, and the power of support. I was brought to Mananasi Childrens Home at the age of two, where I was lovingly raised in a nurturing environment that became my family and believed in my future. Today, by God’s grace, I am pursuing my university studies with determination and purpose, currently in my third year and expecting to graduate in 2027. My story is a testimony of what is possible when a child is given opportunity, care, and hope, and I am deeply grateful to Mananasi Childrens Home and its partners for laying a strong foundation in my life and inspiring me to work hard, dream big, and give back to society.
